What is the CardUp × HeyMax partnership?
CardUp has partnered with HeyMax to unlock air miles on payments that traditionally don't earn rewards via bank transfer. By introducing PayNow as a rewarded payment method on CardUp, you can now earn Max Miles on major non-negotiable expenses such as mortgages, property tax, insurance premiums, and condo & MCST fees, simply by paying via PayNow.
What is HeyMax and how do Max Miles work?
HeyMax is a travel rewards platform, and Max Miles is its reward currency. Through this partnership, you earn Max Miles on eligible CardUp PayNow payments based on the reward tier selected during setup.
Once credited to your HeyMax account, you can manage and redeem your Max Miles in several ways:
Transfer 1:1 to 30+ Loyalty Programmes: Convert your Max Miles to 30+ airline and hotel loyalty programmes available through HeyMax.
Pay Zero Fees & Enjoy No Expiration: Max Miles never expire (provided your account remains active), and HeyMax charges zero fees to transfer miles.
Flexible Redemptions: Transfer miles in flexible amounts without high minimum thresholds to reach your next award flight faster.
Note: Available redemption partners, transfer rates, and options are managed directly by HeyMax and may be updated from time to time.
Is this feature available for all CardUp payments?
This reward integration is currently in an initial launch phase. You can earn Max Miles on eligible one-time PayNow transactions created through a CardUp Personal account for select categories:
