To earn Max Miles under the CardUp × HeyMax rewards programme, your payment must meet all of the following criteria:
Account Type: Created via a CardUp Personal account (Business accounts are excluded).
Payment Type: Created via an eligible payment type under CardUp Personal “Make” (payment links issued via CardUp Collect are excluded).
Payment Method: Paid via PayNow (credit cards and other payment methods are excluded).
Frequency: Set up as a one-time payment (recurring payments are excluded).

Yes. You can earn Max Miles across multiple payments, provided each individual payment meets the eligibility criteria and is successfully completed. Any applicable promotional pricing or earning limits are subject to prevailing campaign terms.
When are my Max Miles officially awarded?
When are my Max Miles officially awarded?
Max Miles are credited to your account within 10 business days after your payment is successfully completed. Pending or scheduled payments do not qualify for rewards until processing is complete.
Example: If your payment completes on Friday, 21 August 2026, your Max Miles will be credited by Friday, 4 September 2026.

No. There is currently no minimum or maximum transaction amount required to earn Max Miles on eligible payments, unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
CardUp and HeyMax reserve the right to introduce earning caps, campaign limits, or transaction thresholds for future promotional campaigns.

Do CardUp fees earn Max Miles?
No. Max Miles are calculated strictly on the eligible principal payment amount. Any CardUp fees charged for the transaction DO NOT earn Max Miles.
Example:
If you make a $1,000 payment with a $16.50* CardUp fee, you will earn Max Miles on the $1,000 principal payment only.
* Based on Standard Max Miles tier (0.7 Max Miles per $1)

Max Miles are awarded on successfully completed eligible payments only.
If a payment is cancelled or refunded, any Max Miles associated with that payment will be adjusted, withheld, or clawed back.
