To earn Max Miles, you must set up an eligible one-time PayNow payment through CardUp Personal “Make” under an eligible payment type.
① Create your payment:
Log in to your CardUp Personal account and select "Create Payment".
PayNow with Max Miles is currently available for these eligible payment types:
Condo & MCST Fees
Insurance Premiums
Mortgage
Property Tax
Select your relevant payment type and enter your transaction details.
② Select PayNow as your payment method:
When prompted to choose your payment method, select PayNow.
Note: Credit Card may be selected by default, so ensure you manually switch to PayNow to qualify for Max Miles.
③ Confirm your HeyMax email address:
Existing HeyMax account: Enter the exact email address linked to your active HeyMax account.
New to HeyMax: You can proceed with your preferred email. When rewards are issued, you must register a HeyMax account using this exact email within 90-calendar days to claim your Max Miles.
④ Select your Max Miles reward tier:
Choose your preferred Max Miles reward rate from the available options
(e.g., 0.7 Max Miles per $1 or 4 Max Miles per $1).
Your calculated CardUp fee and expected Max Miles will be displayed on screen.
⑤ Apply your promo code (if applicable):
If you have an eligible CardUp × HeyMax promo code, enter it during payment setup to enjoy the applicable Promo Fee.
The Promo Fee is not automatically applied simply because your payment is eligible to earn Max Miles.
If no eligible promo code is applied, the applicable Prevailing Fee will apply. You may still earn Max Miles, but the Max Miles earned will not count towards your 10,000 Max Miles promotional entitlement.

⑥ Upload required supporting documents:
Upload any required invoices, tax statements, or agreement documents based on your selected payment category and CardUp verification requirements.
⑦ Review payment details & fee breakdown:
Carefully review your transaction summary before proceeding:
Payment amount & recipient details
PayNow payment method
HeyMax email address & selected reward tier
Applied promo code & total CardUp processing fee
Total amount payable
⑧ Complete payment via PayNow QR code:
Scan the generated PayNow QR code using your bank's mobile app (or save the QR to upload into your banking app).
Time Limit: The PayNow QR code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, you must restart the payment setup.
Finality: Double-check all details before submitting, as transfers cannot be cancelled once completed.
Don't refresh your CardUp browser once transferred is made, and wait for a moment for your payment to reflect as "Payment Successful".
⑨ Track your payment status:
Track the progress of your transfer from your CardUp dashboard:
Pending / Paused: Additional verification or details are required.
Payments on the way: Funds are received and being processed for payout.
Recipient Paid: Payout is complete. Rewards processing is now triggered.
⑩ Receive and claim your Max Miles:
Max Miles will be issued to your HeyMax account within 10 business days after your payment is successfully completed.

Existing HeyMax users:
Your Max Miles will be automatically credited to your registered HeyMax account.
New HeyMax users:
You’ll receive a reward notification email from HeyMax.
Sign up for a HeyMax account using the same email address within 90-calendar days from the date of the email to claim your Max Miles.
Any unclaimed Max Miles will expire after this period.
