Do CardUp fees earn Max Miles?
No. Max Miles are calculated on your eligible principal payment amount only, excluding CardUp fees.
Example: If your payment amount is $1,000 and a CardUp fee (either promotional or prevailing fees) applies, Max Miles will be calculated strictly on the $1,000 payment amount, not the total amount including the fee.

Max Miles will be credited to your registered HeyMax account within 10 business days after your CardUp payment is successfully completed.
Example: If your payment is completed on 20 August 2026, your Max Miles will be credited by 3 September 2026.

If 10 business days have passed since your payment was completed and your Max Miles are still not showing:
Verify that your payment was successfully completed and met all eligibility rules.
Check your email (including spam/junk) for a reward notification or sign-up link from HeyMax.
If the HeyMax email address entered during your CardUp payment setup matches an active HeyMax account and the crediting timeline has passed, please contact HeyMax Support.
Delays may also occur due to:
weekends or public holidays,
payment verification checks,
payment reviews or investigations,
incomplete transactions,
returned or failed payments,
or incorrect HeyMax account details provided.

Once credited, your Max Miles will reflect directly in your HeyMax account balance.
You can log in via the HeyMax app or website to view your balance and transfer options. You will also receive a confirmation email from HeyMax as soon as your Max Miles are credited.

New HeyMax users may be eligible to receive 200 Max Miles when they meet the following requirements:
Download the HeyMax app through the dedicated CardUp link available on our HeyMax landing page or in our HeyMax launch email; and
Sign up for a new HeyMax account after downloading the app through the CardUp link.
Note: You must download the HeyMax app through the dedicated CardUp link to be eligible. If you download or sign up directly through HeyMax or any other channel, you will not be eligible for the 200 Max Miles sign-up reward.
