You can apply a promo code
during payment setup, before confirming your payment or
on your existing schedule payment, as long your
card has not been charged or
international payment request or
cancelled payment or
Steps:
Log in to your CardUp account (personal or business)
Click “Create Payment”
Select your payment type
Add or select your recipient from the directory page (wherever applicable)
On the Amount page, enter your payment detail and promo code in the Promo Code / Referral field
Upload your payment documents
Review your payment on the Review Page before confirming your payment set up
Important Note
Promo code discounts will not appear on the Amount page. The Amount page only shows the standard CardUp fee:
2.9% for Singapore-issued credit cards
3.3% for international-issued credit cards
If a promo code is valid, the discounted fee will only be shown on the Review Page before you confirm your payment.
