1. What is the Home Bundle Recurring promo (3HOME2026)?
The Home Bundle Recurring promotion allows eligible CardUp Personal account users to enjoy a tiered discounted fee when setting up recurring payments for selected home-related payment categories.
2. Who is eligible for this promotion?
You are eligible if you:
Have a CardUp Personal account
Set up a new recurring payment category (not previously used on CardUp)
Use eligible Singapore-issued Visa or UnionPay credit cards
Set up payments within the promotion period
3. What is the tiered discount under this promotion?
Tier | Discount Fee | Applicable Transaction |
1st new recurring category | 2.28% | First eligible new recurring payment category, applicable only to the first 3 transactions. |
2nd new recurring category | 2.30% | Second eligible new recurring payment category, applicable only to the first 3 transactions. |
3rd new recurring category | 2.33% | Third eligible new recurring payment category, applicable only to the first 3 transactions. |
Example (by payment type): You set up 3 new recurring payment types in this order:
1st payment type: Mortgage
Recurring series: monthly payments
Months 1–3 → 2.28% fee
Month 4 onwards → 2.9% fee
2nd payment type: Rent
Recurring series: monthly payments
Months 1–3 → 2.30% fee
Month 4 onwards → 2.9% fee
3rd payment type: Helper Salary
Recurring series: monthly payments
Months 1–3 → 2.33% fee
Month 4 onwards → 2.9% fee
4. What counts as a “new recurring payment category”?
A “new” category refers to a payment type that has not been previously scheduled on your personal CardUp account.
A “recurring payment” refers to payments made on a repeating schedule (e.g. monthly, quarterly, yearly, or half-yearly). For recurring schedules, only the first eligible transaction in the series will receive the discounted fee where applicable.

6. What is the promotion limit?
The promo applies to the first 3 transactions in each recurring series per new payment category
After the first 3 transactions, the standard 2.9% fee applies
The promo can be used for up to three different eligible payment categories per user
7. When is the promotion validity ends?
Recurring payments must be set up on or before 31 December 2026, 6pm SGT
Payments due date must be on or before 6 January 2027
Payments must be scheduled at least 3 business days before the due date
8. How do I apply the promo code?
Click "Create Payment" and select an eligible home payment categories (refer Q5)
Add a new recipient or select one from the prepopulated list
Enter your payment amount on the “Amount” page
Enter 3HOME2026 in the “Promo or Referral Code” field
Proceed to the Review page to confirm your payment
Note: The fee summary table shows the standard fee based on your selected card type (2.9% for Singapore-issued cards or 3.3% for international-issued cards) and does not reflect promo discounts.
9. Can I use this promo more than once?
Yes. You may redeem the promotion up to three times, with each redemption applied to a different eligible new recurring payment category.
10. Can I combine this promo with other offers?
No. This promotion cannot be used with any other promo codes, discounts, or offers.
11. Which payments are not eligible?
This promotion does not apply to:
One-off payments
Payment categories outside the eligible Home Payment Categories
Recurring payments set up after the promo period
Non-Singapore issued cards, Mastercard, American Express, debit/prepaid cards
Foreign currency payments
Next Day payment fees
Payments with due dates beyond the eligible period
12. What happens if I cancel or refund a payment?
If any qualifying payment in the tiered sequence is cancelled or refunded without a valid reason, you will be disqualified from the promotion, and CardUp reserves the right to revoke the discounted fee.
13. Are payments subject to review?
Yes. All payments are subject to review. You may be required to provide supporting documents, and delays may occur if documentation is incomplete or inaccurate.
