๐ What is RENO239?
RENO239 is a promo code that gives eligible CardUp users a reduced fee of 2.39% for qualifying one-off renovation payments.
๐ค Who can use this promo?
You can use RENO239 if:
You have a CardUp Personal account
You are making a one-off renovation payment only
You pay with a Singapore-issued Visa or UnionPay credit card
Your payment is for an eligible renovation payment category
Your payment is scheduled by 31 January 2027, 6pm SGT
Your payment is within the monthly eligible limit of S$20,000
๐งพ How do I apply the promo code?
Click on "Create Payment" and select a renovation payment category
Add a new recipient or select one from the prepopulated list
You will be directed to the "Amount" page - enter your payment amount
Enter RENO239 in the "Promo or Referral Code" field
Proceed to the Review page to confirm your payment
Note: The fee summary table shows the standard fee based on your selected card type (2.9% for Singapore-issued cards or 3.3% for international-issued cards) and does not reflect promo discounts.

๐ฐ How does the S$20,000 monthly limit work?
The S$20,000 monthly limit applies only to eligible renovation payments using RENO239.
Only renovation payments with RENO239 applied count towards the S$20,000 monthly limit
If RENO239 payments exceed S$20,000 in a month, the excess amount will be charged at the standard 2.9% fee

A user sets up renovation payments in one month:
Payment A (RENO239): S$10,000
Payment B (RENO239): S$8,000
Payment C (RENO239): S$5,000
Payment D (no promo code): S$7,000
๐ Only Payments A, B, and C count toward the RENO239 limit
๐ Total RENO239 usage = S$23,000
How it is applied:
First S$20,000 โ charged at 2.39%
Remaining S$3,000 โ charged at 2.9%
Payment D (no promo code) โ does not count toward the limit
๐ Can I use it more than once?
Yes, RENO239 can be used multiple times for eligible one-off renovation payments, as long as each payment meets the promo criteria and remains within the monthly limit.
๐ซ When wonโt the promo apply?
This promo wonโt apply for:
Recurring payments
Non-renovation personal or business payment categories
Payments set up after the promo period (31 January 2027, 6pm SGT)
Payments due after 4 February 2027
Mastercard, American Express, debit/prepaid, or foreign-issued cards
Foreign currency payments
Combined use with other promotions or discounts
Next-day payment fees

Yes, RENO239 must be entered manually during payment setup for the discount to apply.
โ What happens if I forget to enter the promo code?
The promo code must be entered during payment setup. Once a payment has been submitted, the promo cannot be applied retrospectively.

If your payment does not meet the eligibility criteria, you may see:
"Sorry, you're not eligible to redeem this offer."
If this appears, please ensure:

The payment is within the renovation category
The payment is scheduled within the promo period
The promo code is entered correctly
All eligibility requirements are met
๐ Will my payment be reviewed?
All payments are subject to review. We may request supporting documents to verify payment details. Providing accurate information helps avoid processing delays.
๐ Can RENO239 be combined with other promotions?
No. RENO239 cannot be used together with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
