How to Unlock Your Account
Go to the Unlock Page

Type the email address you used when creating your CardUp account. This is important as unlock instructions will only be sent to your registered email.
Submit the Request
Click Send. You will receive an email with instructions to unlock your account within 1-5 minutes. Check your inbox, and also your spam or promotions folder just in case.
Follow the Instructions in the Email
Open the email and click the unlock link. Complete the steps to regain access to your account.
