Additional FAQ's

Can I reset my password more than once?
Yes, you can request a password reset multiple times if needed. Use the latest email link you receive and disregard earlier links.

Will resetting my password affect my transactions or account data?
No, resetting your password only changes your login credential. Your account history and transactions remain unaffected.

How strong should my new password be?
Choose a strong password: avoid easily‑guessed words, include a mix of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, and make it at least 8 characters long.

What if I don’t remember which email I used to sign up?
Try any email address you may have used. If none are recognised, contact CardUp Support with relevant details so they can assist you.

Can I reset my password via the mobile app or only on the web?
You can initiate the reset using either the mobile or web browser. The process is the same and will send you a reset email.

What happens if the reset link expires or is invalid?
If the link says it’s expired or invalid, simply go through the “Forgot your password?” process again to receive a fresh link.

What if I think my account might have been compromised?
Please contact CardUp Support team via email at [email protected] immediately and reset your password as soon as possible. Review your account for unauthorised action.
