What is a CardUp Promo Code?
A CardUp promo code is a code that gives you a discount or special benefit when paying for eligible transactions on CardUp Singapore.
Promo codes are typically offered for:
Marketing promotions
Seasonal campaigns
Partner offers
User acquisition or retention campaigns
When applied successfully, a promo code may provide:
A fee discount on your transaction
A fixed dollar reduction
A limited-time promotional benefit
How Promo Codes Work on CardUp
A. During Payment Setup (New Transactions)
You can enter a promo code when creating a new payment. How it works?
Enter the promo code during payment setup
The system validates the code (active, eligible, and valid)
If eligible, the discount is applied automatically
Your updated payment summary is shown on the Review Page before confirmation
Important Notes
Promo codes only applicable to CardUp fees only (next day fee is excluded)
Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts
Promo codes may be limited by campaign
Some codes apply only to specific payment categories
Expired codes cannot be reused
B. For Existing Schedules Payment
If you already have an existing payment schedule, promo code usage is limited. You may only apply promo codes to individual domestic payments only
Restrictions: Promo codes cannot be applied to
One-time application across an entire payment schedule (it won't be applied to the all payment in series)
International payments
Payments that have already been processed or charged to your card
Important Rule
Once a payment has been charged:
The transaction is considered processed
Promo codes can no longer be applied or edited
