What are CardUp credits?
CardUp credits refer to a discount off the CardUp fee.
For personal users:
You will enjoy a discounted CardUp fee of 2.3% on your first personal payment, for amounts up to S$5,000.
For any payment amount exceeding S$5,000, the prevailing fees apply to the excess amount (2.9% for domestic cards and 3.3% for international cards).
For business users:
You will enjoy a discounted CardUp fee of 2.3% on your first business payment, for amounts up to S$10,000.
For any payment amount exceeding S$10,000, the prevailing fees apply to the excess amount (2.9% for domestic and 3.3% for international).
Example: Let's say you are a Personal user scheduling a S$6,000 payment using a domestic card:
Discounted Tier (First S$5,000): 2.3% fee applies.
Excess Amount (Remaining S$1,000): 2.9% fee applies for Singapore-issued cards, and 3.3% fee applies for Non-Singapore issued cards
Please note that any unused portion of the discounted fee limit cannot be refunded or carried over to future payments.
