What is the CardUp Collect application process?

The CardUp Collect application process consists of the following steps:

  1. Application Submission

    • You submit an application for CardUp Collect.

  2. Compliance Review Initiation

    • Our Compliance team will reach out to you within 1 business day to gather additional information about:

      • The business model

      • The purpose of collecting payments through CardUp Collect

      • Other relevant compliance-related details

  3. Compliance Assessment

    • The Compliance team will review the submitted information and supporting documents.

    • The review process may take up to 5 business days.

  4. Application Outcome

    • Upon completion of the review, the client will be notified of the outcome:

      • Approved – The CardUp Collect account will be activated.

      • Rejected – The application does not meet the eligibility or compliance requirements
