The CardUp Collect application process consists of the following steps:

- You submit an application for CardUp Collect.

- Our Compliance team will reach out to you within 1 business day to gather additional information about:
 - The business model
 - The purpose of collecting payments through CardUp Collect
 - Other relevant compliance-related details

- The Compliance team will review the submitted information and supporting documents.
- The review process may take up to 5 business days.

- Upon completion of the review, the client will be notified of the outcome:
 - Approved – The CardUp Collect account will be activated.
 - Rejected – The application does not meet the eligibility or compliance requirements
