Eligibility to collect credit card payments using CardUp
You can sign up to use CardUp to collect credit card payments if you:
Are a business registered in Singapore
Are not operating in these restricted categories
Have prepayments less than S$9,000 in value (no limits on postpaid invoices)
In addition, if you are registered as a sole proprietor:
Must be over 2 years old
Must have a corporate bank account (or other similar digital business banking services)
If you wish to collect prepayments (payments for goods and services not already delivered) of value greater than S$9,000, please get in touch with us at [email protected].
Eligibility to collect PayNow payments using CardUp
You can sign up to use CardUp to collect PayNow payments if you:
Are a business registered in Singapore
To get started, please visit our CardUp for Business account sign-up page. We will respond to you with the next steps as soon as possible.
Applications for CardUp Collect are subject to review within approximately 3 business days from the date of submission. Additional documents may be requested during the review process.
