How do I update my personal information (name, registered address, date of birth, or FIN to NRIC)?

  • All updates for personal information must first be made on MySingpass.

  • Update your legal name, registered address, date of birth, or NRIC details on MySingpass.

  • If you recently became a Singapore Citizen or PR, update your FIN → NRIC in MySingpass.

  • After updating MySingpass, email [email protected] with your registered CardUp email and indicate which information you updated.

How do I update my business information (company name or registered address)?

  • All updates for business accounts must first be made in ACRA.

  • Update your company name or registered address in ACRA records.

  • Email CardUp support at [email protected] with your business name and UEN and the updated ACRA BizFile or supporting document showing the changes.

How long will it take for updated information to be reflected?

Once you’ve updated your information in MySingpass (personal) or ACRA (business) and notified us, our support team typically responds within 1-2 business days.

Will my previous transactions or payment history be affected?

No. Updating your personal or business information will not affect your transaction history or payment records.
