How to Sign Up for a CardUp Business Account

Follow these straightforward steps to set up your CardUp Business account and start making payments:

  • Click the Sign Up Button

    Visit the CardUp website here and click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner.

  • Select "Business" Account Type

    • On the sign-up page, choose the "Business" account type.

    • Enter your email address and preferred password.

  • Verify Your Personal Details

    • Verify your personal information through MyInfo (takes ~1 minute)

    • Or manually enter your details (takes ~3 minutes)

  • Verify Your Business Information

    • Verify your business details through MyInfo Business (takes ~1 minute)

    • Or manually provide your business information (takes ~3 minutes)

  • If using MyInfo Business, you'll need to select "I Agree" to allow CardUp to access your company's details.

  • Review and confirm your business information and click "Confirm and submit"

  • If you select to verify your company's details manually, you'll need to provide your business details and submit your business' ACRA profile:

  • Providing Your Company Constitution or Memorandum & Articles of Association / M&AA

    • If you are signing up as a Private Company, Public Company or other business entity, you will be required to submit your Company Constitution. This document was previously known as the Memorandum & Articles of Association (M&AA).

      Please note that the ACRA document is not considered a valid Company Constitution or M&AA. You must upload the actual Constitution or M&AA document in order to complete the account verification process.

      Please read this article here regarding the process of obtaining this document. Please make sure you upload the correct document, as this is a crucial step in verifying your business information with CardUp. Submitting the wrong document may delay the completion of your account setup.

  • Submit Letter of Authorisation (if required)

    • If your position in the company is below director level, you'll need to fill out a Letter of Authorisation (LOA). Please contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected] to obtain this document.

Once your account verification, including the ACRA profile submission, is complete, you're all set to start making payments through your new CardUp Business account!
