1. What is the 3HOME25R promo?
The 3HOME25R promo gives eligible CardUp Personal account users a tiered discounted fee on up to three new recurring home payment categories.

2. Who is eligible?
Who can use this promo?
CardUp Personal account users with a Singapore-issued Visa credit card.
What counts as a “new recurring payment category”?
New: Category not previously scheduled on your CardUp personal account.
Recurring: Payments that occur more than once (monthly, yearly, etc.).
Note: For half-yearly or yearly series, only one payment counts for the discount.

Car Rental/Leasing
Condo MCST
Education
Rent
Renovation
Parking
Property Tax
Helper Salary
3. Does the discounted fee apply to the whole recurring series?
No. The discounted fee under each tier applies only to the first of the three (3) recurring transactions within each new recurring payment series.
All subsequent transactions in that series will be charged at the prevailing fee of 2.6%.
Example:
You set up a new mortgage recurring series with monthly payments.
1st payment: 1.83% (Tier 1 discount)
2nd payment: 1.83% (still Tier 1)
3rd payment: 1.83% (still Tier 1)
4th payment and onwards: 2.6% (standard fee)
This means the first three payments in each new recurring series enjoy the discounted tier fee, and only after that does the standard fee apply.
4. When must the payment be set up?
The recurring series must be set up on or before 26 December 2025, 6pm SGT.
The payment due date must fall on or before 31 December 2025.
Schedule payments at least 3 business days before the due date for processing.
5. What type of card do I need to use?
The offer is valid only with Singapore-issued Visa credit cards.
Mastercard, American Express, debit/prepaid cards, and foreign-issued cards are not eligible.
6. Are there categories or payments that are NOT eligible?
Yes. The offer is not valid for:
Business payments
Personal categories outside the eligible Home Payment Categories
One-off payments & Recurring payments outside the defined categories
Next Day payment fees
Foreign currency payments
Any payment combined with other promotions or discounts
Payment made using Mastercard, American Express, debit/prepaid cards, and foreign-issued cards are not eligible.
7. What documents do I need to provide?
All payments are subject to review. You must provide:
Clear and accurate payment references
Supporting documents as per the payment types you're setting up. Clear guideline on each payment type can be found on our FAQ page.
Delays or incorrect documentation may affect the discount or payment processing.
8. Can I prepay or overpay my bills to get the discount?
No. Overpayments and prepayments are not permitted. Only payments that match the amount owed as per your supporting documents are allowed.
9. Can I lose my eligibility for the offer?
Yes. You may be disqualified if:
You cancel or refund any qualifying transaction.
CardUp identifies any non-compliance with the promotion terms
**CardUp may suspend payments without prior notice in such cases.
