How do I create a Custom Payment Page?

Step 1: Go to Custom Payment Pages

Under Collect Payment Pages, click + Custom Page



Step 2: Set up your Custom Payment Page

Fill in the details for your payment page:

🧾 Page information

  • Customer-facing name (what your customers recognise you as)
    Example: “You are paying Demo Company”

  • Page description (what the payment is for)
    Example: Admin Fees, Invoice Payment

💰 Payment details

  • Payment amount (optional)

  • Payment reference (shown on your bank statement for tracking, max 35 characters)
    Example: Invoice number or description of goods/services

  • Internal reference (optional)
    Used only in your dashboard for reconciliation (e.g. team, product, or entity tracking)

🧭 Payment instructions (optional)

  • Add guidance text for customers
    Example: “Please enter your invoice number when making payment”

💳 Payment options & fees

  • Choose how customers can pay:

    • PayNow (no fees)

    • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay)

  • Then select Who pays the CardUp fee

    • My customer pays the fee

    • My business pays the fee

    • Split fee (shared between both parties)

💸 Payout speed

Select how quickly you receive funds:

  • Standard payout: 3 business days (no additional fee)

  • Next business day payout: 0.3% fee applies

Step 3: Share your Payment page

You can share your Payment Page via email, WhatsApp, or URL
