Can I cancel my International Payment while it is still "Pending"?

Please note that you cannot cancel an international payment directly from your CardUp dashboard.

To request a cancellation, kindly email us at [email protected] with your payment details and cancellation request. Our team will review the request and assist in cancelling the payment on your behalf, where possible.

Has my credit card limit been deducted while my international payment is still pending?

No. If the payment did not proceed, CardUp has not charged your card.

If you see a reduction in your available credit limit, this may be due to a temporary authorisation hold placed by your card issuer.

The release of this hold is determined by your bank's processing timeline.For more information, please contact your card issuer directly.
