No. If the invoice is issued in the name of your company (e.g. CardUp Pte Ltd), the transaction must not be processed through your CardUp Personal account.
In such cases, you are required to use a CardUp for Business account to make the payment, as business and personal transactions are treated separately under our compliance requirements.
What happens if I still proceed with the payment using my CardUp Personal account even though the invoice is issued to my company?
Our team reviews transactions to ensure they comply with our policies and due diligence requirements. If we determine that a transaction submitted through a Personal account relates to a business invoice, there is a high likelihood that the transaction will be cancelled and will not be processed.
To avoid delays or disruptions to your payment, we recommend setting up and using your CardUp for Business account for all payments supported by invoices issued to your company.
