To ensure smooth processing of your income tax payment via CardUp, please follow the steps below to retrieve the necessary documents from the myTax Portal.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Log in to the myTax Portal
Go to the IRAS website and access the myTax Portal via the top navigation bar or under the "Individuals" section.

Step 2: Access Your Tax Documents
Locate and open either your Notice of Assessment (NOA) or GIRO Payment Plan (NOTA), depending on your payment type.

Step 3: Select the Relevant Tax Year
Ensure you choose the correct tax year for which you’re making the payment.

Step 4: Download Your Document
Download and save a copy of your NOA (for one-time payments) or NOTA (for monthly payments).

Important Note:

To process your income tax payment through CardUp, we require the following documents:

  • One-time payment: Please upload your Notice of Assessment (NOA).

  • Monthly repayment: Please upload your GIRO Payment Plan (NOTA).

Providing the correct document ensures your payment is processed without delays.

Step 1: Log in to your myTax Portal account using your SingPass or IRAS Unique Account (IUA) credentials.

: Access Your Notice of Assessment (NOA) or Giro Payment Plan (NOTA)

  • Once logged in, you'll be directed to the myTax Portal dashboard.

  • Look for the section labeled "Notices/Letters" and select "Individual".


Step 3
: Select the Relevant Tax Year

  • Choose the Notice of Assessment (Individual) or Giro Payment Plan (NOTA) for the desired Year of Assessment.


Step 4: Download Your NOA/Giro Payment Plan (NOTA)

  • Review the details displayed on the screen to ensure they correspond to the correct tax year and individual.

  • Click on the download button or link next to it. The tax statement will be downloaded to your computer or device in PDF format.
