Important Points to Keep in Mind:
International fund transfers are only allowed to business recipients with a business or corporate bank account. Transfers to individuals or personal bank accounts are not supported
Payments to High-Risk Countries: Some countries are classified as high-risk, which may result in additional verification, delays, or restrictions on payments. If you're making a payment to one of these countries, please check our guidelines or contact our support team for assistance.
All international payments set up are subject to additional due diligence checks and approval. Additional documents may be requested to support the checks.
Please note that there are some restricted payment types that are not allowed on CardUp.
If the payments that you would like to make are not listed above, please drop us an email with the supporting document (e.g. official tax invoice) for a review.
How to pay internationally:
Log in to your CardUp account, click "Create payment" and simply set up your payments via the "International payments" tab in your CardUp account.
