What if I have a GIRO arrangement in place?
If you have a GIRO arrangement, we can transfer the funds to your personal savings account linked to GIRO. Provide your bank account details and a recent bank statement showing your name, account number, and GIRO deduction.
Set the CardUp due date 3-5 business days in advance to avoid any issues. You do not need to cancel the GIRO payment. You can still add the payee details on CardUp to ensure the GIRO deduction continues as usual.
