How do I enable or disable payment methods when collecting payments?

When setting up your CardUp account to collect payments, you can choose which payment methods to offer your customers:

  • PayNow QR

  • Credit Card

Account-Wide Settings

The payment methods you select are applied account-wide. This means all payment links shared with your customers will feature the same chosen options.

⚠️ Note: You cannot change or customize payment methods for individual payment links. For example, if your account is set up

  • to accept both PayNow QR and Credit Cards,

  • you cannot create a specific link that only accepts PayNow QR.
