When your customers visit your unique payment links (via Payment Pages or Payment Requests), they'll land on a page where they can proceed to make a payment to you.
Your customer can also make a payment to you via credit card.
(New!) Paying by PayNow QR
Your customer is to fill in the empty payment fields on the page, including:
Payment details - Payment amount, Payment Reference and Payment Advice (invoice)
Contact details - Their name, email address and phone number
After filling up the details, they have the option to pay you via PayNow QR or by credit card
To pay by PayNow QR, they will be required to click on the 'Generate PayNow QR' button to generate the QR code
After doing so, a PayNow QR code will be generated and displayed on the screen. This QR Code is only valid for 15 minutes. At this point, they will be required to use their mobile banking app to scan the QR code to complete the payment
If they are accessing your payment link on their mobile phone, they are required to take a screenshot of their screen, and upload this screenshot to their mobile banking app when prompted to scan a QR code
Note: When scanning the QR Code, your customer will see that the payment will be made to "CardUp Pte Ltd - Trust Account". The funds processed through CardUp are held in trust in a safeguarded client money account and do not belong to CardUp.
Once they have paid, they will automatically be brought to a Payment Success page to show that the payment has been successfully captured by CardUp
Paying by credit card
If your customers wish to pay you via credit card instead, they can follow these steps:
Your customer is to fill in the empty payment fields on the page, including:
Payment details - Payment amount, Payment Reference and Payment Advice (invoice)
Contact details - Their name, email address and phone number
After filling up the details, they have the option to pay you via PayNow QR or by credit card
To pay by credit card, they will be required to fill in their credit card details, and select 'Continue' to add the credit card
After doing so, your customer can click on 'Confirm and Pay' to pay
Once they have paid, they will automatically be brought to a Payment Success page to show that the payment has been successfully captured by CardUp
